My Experience
I’ve spent over 7 years working in community services section through aged care, disability support, homelessness services and youth work. Supporting people through complex, overwhelming and often high-stress life situations.
My role across these positions was always the same: understand what was really going on, create clear and realistic goal plans, and help people take practical steps forward. I worked closely with individuals navigating limited resources, challenging personal circumstances and complicated systems, while collaborating with allied health professionals, support services and community organisations to create wrap around support that integrated into real progress.
This wasn’t motivational work. It was practical, structured and outcome-focused.
Today, I bring that same approach into my coaching and consulting sessions.
I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next gain clarity, identify what’s holding them back and create realistic action plans they can confidently follow through with.
Alongside this, I’m also the founder of Lunico Candle Co., where I’ve built and run a small business from the ground up. This has strengthened my skills in leadership, planning, problem-solving and adaptability, all of which inform the grounded, practical way I support my clients.
My work sits at the intersection of coaching, consulting, and practical strategy, helping you understand your situation, decide what to do about it and move forward with confidence.
Working With Me
-
Establishing the Current Situation
We begin by gaining a clear understanding of your current circumstances. This includes what’s happening practically, where pressure is coming from and what feels unresolved or difficult to move past. Starting with an accurate picture allows us to work from facts rather than assumptions.1 -
Identifying Blocks and Patterns
Next, we identify what is interfering with progress. This may involve recurring patterns, delayed decisions, competing priorities, or internal resistance. The focus is on isolating the key factors that are limiting forward movement, rather than addressing everything at once.2 -
Clarifying Priorities and Direction
Once the obstacles are clear, we determine what requires attention now. This step involves setting a clear focus, deciding what is most important, and establishing a realistic direction. It reduces overwhelm and ensures effort is applied where it will have the greatest impact.3 -
Developing a Practical Plan
With a clear direction in place, we translate insight into action. Together, we create a structured and achievable plan that aligns with your responsibilities, energy, and capacity. Actions are defined clearly and broken into manageable steps to support consistency and follow-through.4 -
Reviewing and Refining
Progress is reviewed and adjusted as needed. As you take action, we assess what is working and what requires refinement. Plans are adapted to reflect real-life conditions, ensuring they remain relevant and effective over time.5 -
Strengthening Self-Trust and Independence
The final focus is on building confidence in your ability to continue independently. Through clarity, consistency, and reflection, you develop the skills to make decisions, adjust plans, and maintain momentum beyond our work together.6
My Mission
My mission is to help people make clear decisions and take meaningful action when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next move.
I do this by offering structured, practical life coaching and consulting that turns confusion into clarity and ideas into follow-through. My focus is not on motivation for its own sake, but on helping clients understand what’s getting in the way and create a plan that works within their real circumstances.
My Vision
I believe clarity creates momentum.
My vision is to support people to trust their judgement, make decisions with confidence, and move forward without constant second-guessing or burnout. When people have structure and support that fits their life, progress becomes sustainable instead of exhausting.
This work exists to make change feel achievable, not overwhelming.
My Philosophy
My business is built around a small set of clear principles.
- Clarity Comes Before Action
Before setting goals or making changes, we slow things down and identify what’s actually happening. Clear thinking leads to better decisions and reduces wasted energy. - Structure Creates Freedom
Simple systems and realistic plans remove pressure and decision fatigue. Structure isn’t restrictive, it makes follow-through easier. - Progress Beats Perfection
Momentum is built through consistent, achievable action. We focus on what can be done now, not on ideal outcomes or unrealistic expectations. - Work With Real Life
Plans are designed around your energy, responsibilities and environment. Change needs to fit your life to last. - Coaching Is a Partnership
In coaching, the direction comes from you. I guide the process, ask direct questions and support you to build confidence in your own decisions. - Consulting Is About Expertise
In consulting, you’re coming to me for structure, insight and recommendations. I offer clear guidance when you want answers and direction.
This work is about clear thinking, practical structure and steady progress.
