Each session builds on the last, giving you structure, support and a space to grow without feeling overwhelmed.
5 x 60 minute sessions held fortnightly across 10 weeks | via Zoom or in person (Port Macquarie, NSW only)
Returning clients booking additional sessions within their package:
You will be prompted to log into your account using your email address or another method (such as your Shop account). Your session packs are linked to your account to keep track of how many sessions you have left. Logging in when you book lets the system automatically use one of your remaining sessions and bypasses the check-out process.
