By the end of this session, you will have clarity if you need Coaching or Consultation when implementing your plan for the next step.

This is not a full session; this is the gateway for you receiving the right support.

Your Discovery Session is an investment in your next step. If you choose to book a follow-up session (Coaching or Consultation) within 60 days, the full $50 Discovery Session fee will be applied to your next booking.
Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

By booking services with us, you are making a commitment to attend scheduled appointments and understand our policies regarding cancellations, reschedules, and refunds.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule an appointment once with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.
  • Reschedules requested with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will not issue a refund, but we may, at our discretion, offer a credit or reschedule option.
  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend (no-show), no refund or credit will be provided due to the limited availability of appointments and the time reserved exclusively for you.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for credits or refunds.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds based on change of mind or personal circumstances.

However, in dire and verifiable circumstances (such as documented serious illness or emergency), refunds may be considered at our sole discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
